Return policy
Lazissey does not currently accept returns if you change your mind. If you have any issues with your product(s) at time of delivery, or you have received incorrect items, please contact us. See our warranty page for further details on our guarantees for delivery condition, quality, and functionality.
We cannot be held responsible for incompatibility issues after purchase due to customer error. Please contact us if you need help with fitment. We suggest reaching out to your wheel brand's support, or the store where you purchased your wheel for help identifying your model. See our fitment guide for additional information about what wheels our products fit.
If your Lazissey product fails to work with the model it is advertised to fit, please contact us within 30 days for a refund, including cost of shipping.
When contacting us regarding a defective or incorrect item, please include receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of the items received.
Do not send items back unless we have instructed you to do so. We may request you send us the items for inspection in the event of a product defect. If the issue or error is our responsibility, we will cover the cost of shipping and provide a prepaid label for you to use if a return is necessary.

Order cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so prior to shipment. Once orders have been shipped, no cancellations are permitted. Please reach out to us if you need to cancel your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue. If approved, we will send you a replacement free of charge, including shipping. Please contact us and describe the issue or defect. We will reply back and may request a photo of the issue following the initial inquiry.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted if a packing error has occurred and you have received the incorrect item(s) for your order. If approved, we will provide a prepaid label for your exchange and ship you the correct items free of charge, including shipping.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Lazissey does not refund shipping costs, unless an order is cancelled prior to shipment, or unless the return is due to our error or a product defect, in which case prepaid return shipping will be provided. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us using our form.
